Instead, they are now completed online using LimeSurvey.
The links to the applications are still only available on the intranet. Because this is a pilot project, technical problems may occur.
Please keep the confirmation email you receive after submitting your application. Also, please make sure that your email address is correct.
If you have questions about the new application process for student assistant funding or MINT tutor funding, please read the FAQs first. You can find the FAQs on the right side in the green box. If you still have questions, please contact us by email at vielfalt@rektorat.uni-halle.de . We will try to reply as soon as possible.
The applications for network funding and adjustment measures according to §§ 9 and 13 of the Maternity Protection Act for (doctoral) students are not affected. These applications can still be completed using a Word document.

Adjustment measures in accordance with §§ 9, 13 of the Maternity Protection Act for (doctoral) students (DOC-Datei)
If necessary, MLU supports individual adjustment measures in accordance with §§9, 13 MuSchG during pregnancy, breastfeeding and after childbirth in the event of individual or work-related restrictions.
Female students and doctoral students whose degree is jeopardised due to legal regulations (MuSchG - employment bans and adaptation measures) during periods of pregnancy and maternity leave because activities for their final theses (e.g. scientific experiments in laboratories) cannot be carried out and completed on time have the opportunity to apply for funding. The application is made informally via the supervising university lecturer. Funding is awarded for the employment of research assistants or material resources in order to carry out the work that is subject to individual or workplace-related restrictions and is absolutely necessary for the degree.
Applications are approved by the Equal Opportunities Advisory Board's working group on awards and are based on the total amount of funding available.
Please contact Andrea Ritschel (Tel.: 0345-55-21442) for information on how to apply.
