This lecture series explores the historical breadth and theoretical complexity of women’s visions of society from antiquity to the present day. It focuses on intellectual, political, and social concepts that have been formulated, practiced, or developed in collective contexts by women. The series aims to highlight the diversity and originality of these designs, analyze their historical impact, and situate them within current scholarly debates on gender order, agency, and the production of knowledge. These interdisciplinary lectures bring together perspectives from history, cultural studies, literature, and the social sciences, creating a space for critical engagement with theoretical models, source materials, and methodological approaches. This call is aimed in particular at scholars and students who focus on historical and contemporary issues in gender studies, the history of political ideas, and processes of social transformation.
